So, that blog was posted at like 6pmish, the one from yesterday. I'm guessing that's about the time that my furnace stopped working. Yep. No heat. None. All night long and currently as far as I know. I gathered the pets and took two space heaters into the bedroom. My neighbor from the back of the building loaned me another space heater which I left in the bathroom so that the pipes didn't freeze. I left the water running in the bathroom and kitchen sink, though, just in case.
This is a disaster. It was 3 degrees last night. It was no more than 40 in my apartment.When I left this morning for work, super early because there's heat at work, it was around 40. The dog is locked in my bedroom, the cats are huddled together. The furnace people called this morning but they still need to pick my keys up from my building management and get there and fix whatever is wrong.
